Maximum glass sizes

By using CNC edge shaping we have the ability to manufacture products to a maximum size of 3800x2200mm in a variety of shapes and thickness.

We are delighted also to have use of a very impressive water jet cutting and shaping machine. It has limitation, so it is always best to submit a drawing of shapes and glass that you would require, but size up to 4500x2500mm can be achieved with stunning accuracy. Delivery address for the final item is also critical, as it access!

Coloured glass is available, and is produced to Dulux colour pallets, and foil backed. This is available on low quantities, and for optimum colour matching, low iron glass is used. The lead time for this is around 4-6 weeks for a manufactured item, but sis subject to sight of drawings of course.

Glass types
Float, Low Iron, Smoked or tinted, frosted, pre etched or satin glass is available and we would be happy to discuss these for use in a project.

Futureglass is proud to announce the purchase of a glass fusion tank 2500x1270mm maximum sheet size. Given time for development we hope to be producing some very interesting products.

We also have basic glass polishing facilities for scratch removal.
